Robocom proudly introduces the first Voice Picking system designed specifically for use with RIMS and ROC. Optimizing case picking and eaches/broken case picking, our voice system, R-Voice, fully integrates with our RIMS and ROC Enterprise warehouse management solutions. This integration provides seamless interaction between radio frequency (RF) functions and voice picking.

Flexible

R-Voice provides more flexibility right out of the box than most voice systems, allowing for immediate implementation with new customers. R-Voice also feeds transaction data into our industry-leading billing engine, capturing the data necessary to invoice customers for case and broken case picking transactions.

Voice technology works best for standard weight items, where individual case weights and case serial numbers are not recorded during picking. R-Voice allows you to separate catch weight and case serial tracked items into one or more separate pick zones and pick just those items with RF terminals, scanning the necessary case labels. ROC easily handles merging items picked with RF into the same shipment as items picked with voice, giving you the flexibility to maximize pick productivity and accuracy.
